Practical methods to optimise inventory.  Why should you attend this training ?
The reduction of inventory is compatible with an increase of revenue. In a flow production environment, it is not necessary to allocate material to work orders. The replenishment of material is based on the inventory strategy and will be calculated based on the desired replenishment frequency.
In this workshop the Kanban techniques (japanese word for signal or card) will be studied in detail and applied in the practical workshops. Who should attend ?
