How is the workshop presented ?

This training stresses the impact of internal production planning, constantly considering the continuous evolution of customer demand or taking into account a forecast on material availability using different replenishment strategies.

This course also points out various situations in different types of industry, such as products manufactured according to customer order or to stock.

The fundamental 2 concepts of Supply Chain will be discussed :
- On one side, the industries that have long manufacturing lead times with different distribution levels. In this case, planning is a key point.
- On the other side, the industries that have short manufacturing and delivery lead times.
In this case, distribution becomes the key factor.
