1 - You need to fill in completely the inscription form below.
2 - You receive a convention confirming your inscription.
3 - You resend this convention signed together with the inscription fee to the attention of REOSS. All the prices indicated are ex. VAT. They will be increased with the rate of VAT at present (19,60 % to the 01/08/2000). The inscription is only definitive after receive of the inscription fee.
4 - You receive, three weeks before the start of the training course, a file of complete reception containing : the program of the training course, the entry ticket with the place indication and the means of access to the center of training.

TARIFS
Every workshop or series of workshops started must be fully paid.
Meals are not included in the price of the training, they are optional.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The payment of the training has to be settled, at registration, cash, without reduction, to the order of Reoss.
As long as the registration fees have not been paid according to the above terms and conditions, Reoss will decide to freely dispose of the seats reserved by the recipient.
HINDRANCE OF A DELEGATE
To promote a good learning during the training, we pay particular attention to the delegates grouping. Any request for postponement or cancellation has implications on whole training. We ask you, therefore, to limit them only to cases of overpowering circumstances.
We offer you the opportunity to substitute at any time the delegate with another one having the same profile and training requirements. If this option is not feasible, please contact Reoss sales department as soon as possible to find another solution.
For cancellations received too late (less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the training), we may decide to charge you an indemnity fee :
· 100 % of the price for cancellations received within a period less than or equal to 5 days prior to the beginning of the training.
· 50% of the price for cancellations received between 6 and 9 days prior to the beginning of the training.
There is no refund for cancellations received within a period above 10 days prior to the event.
The substitution of a delegate is possible without charge up to 10 days prior to the beginning of the training and with a supplement of 50 euro gross if the substitution is made less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the training.
