REOSS International experts all have extensive manufacturing background. For each project they transfer to our customers their know-how so that they can become Lean and Flow Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods experts in their specific manufacturing environment. The mathematical concept and company-wide approach differentiates the Reoss method from most companies and/or consultants offering theoretical or philosophical trainings.
