This two-day course is designed to provider Six Sigma Champion with a detailed overview of Six Sigma, it’s implementation and business benefits. This course is available for in-company training and can be used to generate support and commitment to the launch of a Six Sigma corporate initiative. The course may also be used to generate commitment to Green Belt and Black Belt practitioner programs.

2. Basic Statistics
• Types of Data and Distributions
• Statistical Nomenclature
• Measures of Variation
• Introduction to Probability

Day 2 :
1. Define :

• Identifying and Describing Problems
• Understanding Customers and their needs (CTQ’s)
• Mapping Processes
• Identifying Sources of Variation (including Cause & Effect Tools)
• ‘As you are’ control plans
• Developing
